Weight Loss Problems - Why The Gastric Bypass Surgery Does Not Stick!

Filed Under (Articles) by admin on 15-05-2006

Gastric bypass surgeries are temporary physical fixes to a long term head problem!
If you think the surgery is a cure all, think again. The crazy thing is people are
gaining weight on purpose so they can be qualified to even be considered for the
surgery. How sick is that?

My Aunt had gastric bypass surgery last year. She was so excited about her new
body that she was going to get after the surgery. She just could not wait for her new
life to begin. This was an answer to her prayers. So she thought!

Up until then, my aunt had not exercised a day in her life. Never followed a sensible
eating plan, nor did she want to. By the looks of it, none of my family had ever
sacrificed anything in the way of food. The doctor’s had boosted her up; her
children were totally delusional about their mom’s weight and danced around the
issue so much my aunt was in total denial. And guess what? True to form, she
gained the weight back in eight months. Why?

The answer is; you can not build a house on a foundation made of sand. If you do
not deal with what is underneath the surface in your emotional behavior toward
your eating and exercise, you will go right back to the beginning, no matter what
you take out or do to your body. Surgery or no surgery, there is no cure all for being
overweight. Well, there is but do you want

How to Use Articles to Generate Free Traffic to Your Website

Filed Under (Articles) by admin on 15-05-2006

Writing articles that are available for reprint is an
excellent way to generate traffic to your website.
Webmasters, ezine publishers, and bloggers are always
looking for quality content. This is an excellent way
to get free exposure for your website.
Here are some tips to help you write your article.

Make sure your article is between 200 and 1000 words.
Most of the people that
surf the Internet on a regular basis have extremely short
attention spans and will usually start to go to sleep if
your article is longer than 1000 words.

Make sure your article does not sound like a sales page.
Webmasters and ezine publishers can tell the difference
between an article and a sales letter dressed up to look
like an article. Most publishers will not use such
material in their publication. Save the selling for your
resource box.

Format your article to between 60 and 65 characters per
line. This makes things easier for the ezine publisher
that is going to publish your article. If you
have an html version of your article, mention
that in the email that you send to the publisher.

Make sure that you proofread your article before it is
submitted. Most publishers operate on a very tight
schedule and simply do not have the time to
rewrite an article that is full of grammatical mistakes.
They will simply
discard your article without a second thought. Don’t
rely on spell check to
catch everything either. It’s best to save the article
and look at it the

Weight Loss, Exercise, and Bodybuilding Tips - Keeping Your Body-Fat Low - Part 5 of 10

Filed Under (Articles) by admin on 15-05-2006

Have you ever seen an overweight rock climber or yoga instructor? Why? Single out some one in the gym who is lean and healthy and there’s a good chance they have good circulation throughout their body. People who have good circulation tend to have good stretchablity.

Low Body Fat Technique #5: Stretch your limits!

By far the most neglected part of any workout program is stretching. Why? It hurts.
There is no instant gratification. It takes time are all the excuses. However, the draw
backs of not stretching reach far worse. I believe stretching promotes better
circulation, and it can equal lower body fat levels.

When I say better circulation, I also mean a better digestive system. This will have an
effect on your ability to burn fat. Your body is a filtration system that acts like a
screen. If the screen is plugged, the nutrients and fluids cannot circulate through it.

The bottom line is the better your circulation the more efficient your body will burn
fat.

Here are some suggestions on how you can improve your body fat levels:

Put stretching into your workout regiment
Keep the fluids going through your body
Main goal is body fat not weight
Take your vitamins.
