There are many people out in the MLM industry that are having some real struggles in their recruiting efforts, and it seems to be something that is industry wide.

Many people are saying it is the times. The economy. It was September 11. It is harder than it used to be. People have changed.

Many reasons I have heard… over and over.

But in reality, people are people, and always will be, and few things ever change. There seems to be something I have noticed though that is happening that can KILL your recruiting in MLM.

It seems to be happening more to the folks that have been in MLM for a while, than the new folks, and it is hurting a lot of paychecks.

There seems to be a poisonous lack of belief in what folks are doing.

And this had me puzzled, as it seems stronger than usual. And today I felt lead to write about this, and why I believe it is happening.

There are 5 basic reasons why folks are struggling today when recruiting in Network Marketing, and it does not matter who it is, male or female, or how successful you have been or have not been.

But is also involves not only BELIEF… but also the word EASY.

Recruiting is easy, if you believe it is, and you believe in what you are doing. But if you don’t, then the fruit of that is struggle. And there are many people who use this as an excuse to ever get the results that they

It’s past bedtime for most working men. It’s not unbearably late and I have no appointments tomorrow morning so I sit here and contemplate. Contemplate what? Well, what do I always contemplate? Life, the concept of God, the meaning of life, what’s happening in society, and my next step in my own journey; there really is a lot to consider or, more aptly put, more that one can consider. I speak of being in the moment, staying present and not worrying. You are more effective in that place. Yet, there are times for reflection.

Reflecting gives me the opportunity to check-in with the events of the past week. The conversations and people I’ve met. Along with that there is the recollection of the impact I made or they made during our exchange. This includes what may come from the relationship. Sadly, there are those people whose impact may have been negative. During the exchange there are attempts at honest communication and I’m saddened by the lack of insight they may possess; I am thinking of a particular incident. Friendship is a fickle thing.

I’m astonished by the mistakes we make as adults: Mistakes about our own beliefs and how that impacts others; Mistakes about relationship choices just because we feel ourselves getting older and perceive that to mean we’re running out of time; Mistakes of judging others before we’ve even had the opportunity to give a friendship or relationship a chance. So you’ve got this great idea for a home based business, and you’ve even started setting it up, but now what? It is important to set home based business goals that are realistic and focused. Setting those home based business goals can keep you focused even in the difficult times of owning your home based business.

First, think about what you want to achieve in small increments and be flexible in your home based business goal setting. After all, you never know what is going to come your way. Start with small home based business goals. Take yourself through your steps to success and make each move a home based business goal.

Make sure your home based business goals can stand the test of stress. If you have a realistic idea of what it will be like to reach a certain home based business goal, then it should be a strong home based business goal that you can achieve.
