How Psychic Are You

Filed Under (Articles) by admin on 19-09-2006

To find out how psychic you are, try answering the following questions.

Have you been attracted to the occult ever since you were a child?

Do you often complete other people’s sentences for them?

Do you always buy the perfect birthday gift or Christmas present even though they haven’t told you what they wanted?

Have you ever thought about something that you wanted and then miraculously had it pop into your life the next day? This could be something very simple such as the desire for a certain kind of Chinese food or a pair of shoes.

When you think about people do you shortly receive a phone call from them afterwards?

Do you “talk” inside your head to a deceased relative, such an aunt or grandfather who you feel is like a guardian angel watching over you.

Do you feel nausea and other symptoms of physical distress when you are near a cemetery or other places where people are deceased?

Have you ever had a dream and had it come true?

Have you ever sensed when someone has died?

Can you tell the history of an object just by picking up?

Do you cry a lot at a sad movie?

Do you seem to attract the walking wounded (troubled people such as alcoholics or addicts), more so than most people in life?

Have you ever won the lottery by guessing a couple of numbers dead on?

Have you ever been in bed and felt as if your soul was

Don’t Outsmart Yourself When Selling Your Home

Filed Under (Articles) by admin on 19-09-2006

There are always homes that struggle to sell. You may have a very good home in a very good location but still find it difficult to sell. Well, there is always a reason. Here are some common reasons why such homes don’t sell:

Being Over-priced - The foremost reason for many homes not selling is their price. If you’re selling your home, make sure you price it in line with market expectations. Your home’s only worth as much as buyers are willing to pay for it. You may have got a high appraisal value but if you’re struggling to sell your home at that price, you need to realize that your home’s over-priced. You need to look at what other homes in your neighborhood are selling for and how much have recent homes sold for. You can only charge a premium to other homes if your home has any special feature that there is a demand for. Otherwise, do not outsmart yourself by pricing your home higher than what other homes are selling for.

Poor negotiation - Second reason for the fallout of most home sales - poor negotiation. If you get an interested home buyer who’s reached the final stage of negotiating the price, don’t let him go away just because he’s not willing to pay your price. Be a little inventive. Perhaps you could give away some of your furniture or your electronics as part of the deal. Or you could offer him assistance in his down payment. There are

Keeping Your Mind Tuned for Success

Filed Under (Articles) by admin on 19-09-2006

Absolutely no one can underestimate the power of the mind and its role in our success! It is imperative to keep our minds right and on the right track if we are to achieve balanced success in our career, finances, health, emotions, relationships and spiritual lives.

The analogy I would like to use here is one of a radio station. For example, there may be a “Success” station. But the only way you can hear a radio station is to be tuned into it. Even a little off and you can’t get the full effect.
The same is true with our mind and success. If our minds and our thoughts get sidetracked, our success will get sidetracked. As our minds stay tuned to “success” our bodies will then carry out our success and we will begin to experience abundance!

So here are some ways to keep tuned into success!

Use your innate ability to decide and choose. One of the things that separates us from the animals is that we live not by instinct, but by choice. Constantly flexing that muscle of choice builds it up and keeps us on track for success. It is like working out. They more we do, the stronger we get. The more “fit” we get. Want to keep your mind tuned for success? Keep it healthy by making good choices and decisions on a regular basis. For example, do you have a bad habit? Then flex your mind muscle and choose to change - today. If you choose
